Schedule the plan for systems maintenance and servicing.
Update Anti-Virus signature file, Security Patches on weekly basis.
Assist with lab manager for preparing the lab for computer classes schedule the uses of lab and lab equipment (data projector, Over head machine etc.)
Maintains records, including inventory, manuals, IP address&admin Password.
Response quires from assigned department to you regarding computer and printer of technology facilities
Proper tagging the network cables insert in to the switches or patch panel.
7. Check the switches are properly on your assigned area.
